This exhibition aims to raise vital funds for Maggie's, showcasing a deeply personal collection that reflects the journey of living with illness. 💖

Magpie began in 2016, centered around Helen’s close friend Siobhan, who bravely battled cancer. Rather than focusing solely on the illness itself, the images convey a profound emotional and intuitive response to the physical and psychological challenges faced when the body falters unexpectedly. 📷

The work speaks volumes about waiting, uncertainty, and helplessness often found in the shadows of terminal illness, while also embracing themes of tenderness, presence, and care. Siobhan's legacy continues to live on through this exhibition, serving as a heartfelt tribute to those affected by incurable illness.
