Join us for an interactive workshop that starts from day one. Before writing a business plan or pitching to investors, it's crucial to ask: Why are you really doing this? Your risks, time management skills, fears, family, and self-worth are vital components that distinguish true entrepreneurs from the rest.

Facilitated by Certified Exit Planning Advisor Mitch Skyer, this session will:

• Introduce the three-legged stool framework reinterpreted for early-stage founders.
• Compare the outlook of startups versus mature businesses nearing exit.
• Engage in an interactive exercise to build and balance your three-legged stool.
• Provide a physical takeaway: a hands-on model to revisit as your business evolves.

About the Facilitator:

Mitch Skyer founded Solstice Transportation Group in 2007 and co-founded Passio Technologies in 2010. After the successful acquisition by Transit Technologies in 2020, he founded AFI Strategic Partners to help business owners grow and achieve successful exits. A New Yorker turned Atlanta resident, Mitch lives with his wife and their two doodles.
