Welcome to our inaugural meetup! We're thrilled to have you, whether you're a long-time member or new to our community. Please remember: this event is exclusively for women!
As women, we often bear the weight of the mental load, which involves managing an ongoing, invisible to-do list, attuning ourselves emotionally to those around us, and continuously planning. This relentless mental burden can lead to not only mental fatigue but also physical exhaustion, impacting our sleep and overall well-being.
Join us for a welcoming and informal discussion on the "invisible load" in our lives. We'll explore its effects on our mental and physical health and share practical strategies to safeguard our energy.
This event is free of charge, but we encourage you to support our venue by purchasing something from the cafe, which serves a selection of sandwiches, fika, snacks, and various hot and cold beverages. Your support helps us continue offering these beneficial gatherings!
Feel free to drop by anytime between 17:30 and 19:30, but we suggest arriving within the first hour to settle in and make the most of our time together! 😊
