Millyard Walking Tour

Learn about the fascinating history of Manchester’s Millyard, developed by the Amoskeag Manufacturing Company from 1831 to 1936. At one time the largest textile operation in the world, Amoskeag had an enormous impact on the life and economy of Manchester and New Hampshire.The walking tour will examine the impact of the Millyard and it’s decline and rebirth following the bankruptcy of Amoskeag.
