Come experience the tranquility of Mindful Yoga, guided by the wonderful Isabel Guzman, who brings over a decade of yoga teaching experience. Originally from Colombia, Isabel has supported individuals as a yoga therapist in psychiatric care. This session is perfect for everyone—whether you're a total beginner or have concerns about flexibility.

- Duration: Approximately 1 hour
- Focus: Build emotional, mental, and physical balance through awareness, movement, and breath.
- Philosophy: It’s all about presence, not performance—allowing you to reconnect with your body in a gentle way. You don't need a mat or special postures—just a safe space to breathe and move at your own pace.

About Isabel:
Isabel is a Colombian physicist turned yoga teacher and a 4th-year psychology student. After moving to Prague, she is excited to share her knowledge, energy, and presence with the community.
