Mommy & Me Pilates

Come join us for our next Mommy & Me Pilates event hosted by Milk & Mats! This fun Pilates class will involve your little one, making fitness a bonding experience. $20 per mom, each mom will receive a tote bag with goodies and a wellness shot at the end of class. We’ll also have sweetsolcafe selling her acai bowls after class. All ages are welcome—no need to bring any equipment besides you, your child, and your energy!

How to book: Please register on Luma and DM us right after for payment information. Once you have paid us, you will then get approved on Luma and entered into the class. This is a first-come, first-serve basis—if you don’t pay, you will not get approved.
