Monday Mingle - 3km, 5km & 7km run

Join us for an exciting Monday run! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Choose between 3km, 5km, or 7km at Henry & Sally's!

This event is FREE for all participants, whether you're a member or non-member! Just click going on the event page and show up on time!

We will split into different pace groups to ensure everyone can participate. You can choose a group that suits your distancing and pace, perfect for socializing with fellow runners or challenging yourself!

After the run, enjoy a refreshing beer (or two) at the bar and mingle with all the amazing runners. 🍻✨
