Join us for a series of FREE workshops where we delve into the complexities of consent! 🤝 Whether you're exploring your own boundaries or learning how to communicate better with others, this series is designed to create a safer space for self-exploration and personal growth.

What to Expect:

Understanding Consent: It's much more than just saying yes or no. Learn how to tune into your body and recognize your own boundaries while respecting others’ limits.
Workshops Themes Include:
- Introduction to the Wheel of Consent by Betty Martin
- Shame and Desires: Understanding how shame affects our desires
- Sensing the Body: Discover how 'yes' and 'no' feel physically
- Rejection: Overcoming the fear of rejection and how it impacts our interactions

Each session begins with a grounding exercise, followed by practical activities to reinforce what we’ve learned. All exercises are designed as invitations, and participation is always at your comfort level. Special care is taken during touch exercises—only hand contact is permitted! ✋

Who is This Workshop For?

This series welcomes everyone—from complete beginners to those experienced in conscious relationship dynamics. You'll find value whether you're navigating personal relationships or professional settings, such as with colleagues or friends.

Logistics:

Join Alone or With Others: You’re welcome to attend solo, with a friend, or partner.
Dress Code: Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable.
What to Bring: Just yourself and a water bottle with a lid.
