- Practice communicating our desires for touch clearly so that we can connect meaningfully with others.
- Engage in exercises that help us articulate the quality of touch we wish to receive.
Together, we will create a welcoming and safe environment to experiment with various types of touch, allowing us to uncover what truly feels rejuvenating and good for each individual.
