Panelists:

1. Davina Lennard-Alladice

   • Senior Product Design Manager at Spotify, focused on In-Home Experiences across TV and Desktop. With over 25 years of experience, Davina has worked with notable companies like Meta, Audible, and HBO. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, sneaker collecting, and listening to music.

2. Mareike Carolin Keller

   • Product Designer at Spotify, shaping experiences across Home, Browse, and social aspects. With a background in human decision-making and cognitive science, Mareike has also worked at Google (YouTube) and various startups.

3. Kyla Windley

   • Product Designer at Spotify, specializing in Spotify for Artists and Music Expression. Kyla combines her design skills with experience in the music industry, having worked at a record label and DJed various events.
