What to Expect:

🔹 Grounding & Embodiment (45 mins) – Move, regulate your nervous system, and gently arrive in your body.
🔹 Breathwork Journey (90 mins) – Dive deep in a music-driven session to release, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
🔹 Sauna & Integration – Sweat it out, embrace connection, and enjoy ceremonial cacao sourced from Gerjet's own farm in Guatemala. Community thrives when we gather!

Breathwork opens the door to emotional releases, insights, and joy. Whatever unfolds, you’re welcomed here. The session will be in English, but feel free to express in your native language.

• Gerjet Efken: A social entrepreneur and cacao farmer dedicated to blending breath, body, and consciousness. He effortlessly navigates through life's pressures, creating ceremonial cacao, authoring works, and sharing unique experiences.
