Join us this summer for OPA-Cize, a high-energy Greek-inspired fitness class where you can dance, laugh, and shout “OPA!” 💃🎶 No experience needed, and no RSVP required—just drop in!

When: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
Where: St. Sophia’s Church Hall, 440 Whitehall Rd, Albany, NY 12208-1643
Cost: Just $7 a week!

The summer session runs from June 3rd - July 29th. Come whenever you can—every move counts! 💪
