OPEN AIR - LA MONA

LA MONA WEEKENDER is a new event organised by La Mona. For this first edition, on 18 and 19 July, get ready for two days of open-air fun at LA PRAIRIE DU CANAL.

Designed for fans of clubbing, dancing and music, this weekend will feature DJ sets, dance classes, battles and jams, set to a soundtrack ranging from House, Techno, Garage, Disco, Funk, Latin and Jazz Swing, in the unique setting of the Prairie du Canal urban farm and its impeccable sound system.

SAT 18 JULY · 3pm – 10pm
The first day will be punctuated by a series of DJ sets featuring GREG GAUTHIER, co-founder of the legendary Cheers and Dance Culture, back in France for a one-off appearance, MELY, a key figure on the Parisian House Garage scene; NIGHTCHOU, renowned for her infectious energy and Disco House selections; and NICK V, resident DJ at La Mona, who will be digging into his collection of House gems amassed since the 1990s

To kick off the festivities, MOGWAI will be hosting a HUSTLE DANCE CLASS, an introduction to this gender-neutral partner dance, of which he is one of Paris’s leading experts.
