Parent/ Kid Buti Glow

Glow sticks, wild wiggles, and lots of fun!Bring your little yogis and come light up the room at our Parent/Kid Buti Glow Party. Buti Yoga is a high-energy blend of yoga, dance, and playful movement set to upbeat music. In a kid-friendly format, it becomes an exciting way for children (and parents!) to move their bodies, build confidence, and express themselves freely. In this 40 minute class expect shaking, jumping, stretching, and lots of laughter—plus simple moments of breathing and calming down together. We will light the room with black lights. Wear your neon and white to glow your brightest. We will provide body/face paint so you can shine your way. No perfect poses required.
