Experience a hands-on class with the pickling expert, Patsy Wyman. You’ll learn invaluable canning techniques and the fermentation process while tasting exciting pickled creations like sweet & sour red onions, pickled roast peppers, and spicy pickle chips.

Growing up on a farm in central Michigan, Patsy embraced a lifestyle filled with pickling, canning, and fermenting. Her rich background as a chef and culinary instructor fuels her passion for food preservation and experimentation.
