PLAY WITH CONTACT

This workshop is designed to be a movement-research with oneself and one another.During this event its participants will be guided into a primal play session. We want to create a space where we allow ourselves to freely walk, spin, stand or roll around - as if it was a playground or garden full of possibilities (rather than boundaries).The physical interaction can be different: from complete stillness to intense flow of movement; from no touch to full body contact; from crawling together on the floor to flying and spinning in lifts. None of it is mandatory or expected.
