No Show Policy

We value the time and effort our organizers put into creating enjoyable experiences for everyone. To ensure fairness and maximize participation, we’ve established a No-Show Policy:

1. No-Show Flagging:

   • Failing to attend without notification, or changing your RSVP less than 2 hours before the event without a valid excuse, will result in a "no-show" marking.

2. Consequences:

   • Participants marked as "no-shows" will be temporarily banned from Pong Social events for 1 week.

3. Reminder System:

   • You’ll receive event reminders to help you keep your RSVP status current.
