Prague Debate Spring 2026

Join the Czech Debate Association for the 12th edition of Prague Debate Spring (PDS), an exhilarating international World Schools Style debate tournament designed specifically for high school students! 🌟 Set in the vibrant heart of Europe, this tournament promises an engaging atmosphere where teams from around the globe come together for four days packed with:

• 🎙️ 6 preliminary rounds, leading into exhilarating elimination rounds (from Octofinals straight to the Grand Final!)
• 💬 Fully impromptu motions, testing your debating mettle
• 🌐 An opportunity for international competition and networking

Who can participate?

• High school students
• Teams of 3–5 debaters
• Team cap: 60 teams

Fees:

• 🎓 Debaters: €100
• 👩‍⚖️ Judges: €25
• 👥 Observers: €150

(Registration fees cover lunches from July 9–11, dinners on July 9–10, refreshments, and all tournament expenses. Note: Accommodation is not included.)
