Join us for a transformative day dedicated to spiritual preparation as we enter the Season of Lent, guided by Dr. Kristen Deede Johnson, Principal and Helliwell Professor of Theology, Ministry, and Culture at Wycliffe College.

This hybrid event welcomes both in-person participants and those attending virtually. No registration needed!

As we prepare for the Lenten season, we will delve into the themes of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, exploring profound questions such as:

• How does fasting relate to almsgiving?
• In what way are prayer and justice interconnected?
• What significance do these themes hold in light of Jesus Christ's life, death, and resurrection?
• How do they impact our Christian calling today?

Session Schedule:

• 10:00 AM: Celebration of the Eucharist
• 11:00 AM: First Address
• 11:30 AM: Silence
• 12:00 PM: Second Address
• 12:30 PM: Mid-Day Prayer and Lunch Break
• 2:00 PM: Third Address
• 2:30 PM: Silence and/or Q&A
• 3:00 PM: Closing Prayer

For those attending in-person for the Eucharist, only coffee and tea will be served. Feel free to bring a bag lunch or explore nearby lunch options during the 75-minute break.
