What:

Whether you represent a startup or an established company, the context of reality is changing, and that means the skills and tools we need to be successful are changing too.

Let’s come together to learn from each other and build together.

Join us for an interactive morning with coffee and conversation about what it is going to take to thrive in the future we are creating.

Whether the influence of AI, climate change, upheaval of best practices, health issues, or career changes, the education and professional development that has gotten us this far isn’t going to get us very far in this changed reality.

Through small group discussions and activities we will uncover the challenges we are seeing and the skills we believe are needed to navigate those challenges well.

Who:

This session is for people leaders and educators that are responsible for creating high performing teams and successful employees.

This session will be lead by:

Julia Freeland, executive coach, book author, and researcher focused on how people cultivate the capacity to rise beyond adversity and adapt to changed conditions of life.

Megan Shen, social psychologist, Associate Professor at Fred Hutchinson, and researcher focused on how to thrive in uncertainty and navigate hardship.
