Quality Foods Sand Sculpting Exhibition

Join us for a sun-soaked adventure at the Parksville Beach Festival! 🌞 Set in the stunning Parksville Community Park alongside the beautiful beach, this year's excitement kicks off with the Quality Foods Sand Sculpting Competition. The competition features a thrilling 30-hour showdown among thirty international master sculptors, crafting incredible sand masterpieces.

🗓️ When: July 13 - August 16, daily from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM

💰 Admission: Suggested donation of $5 per person

The sculptures come to life before your eyes, starting with a sculpting base laid down on July 9. This beloved event, known locally as Beachfest, runs for 5 ½ weeks and offers more than just sand art! 🎶 Enjoy weekend concerts, daily buskers along the boardwalk, and glow-in-the-dark sculpture viewings on special evenings.

Since its inception in 1999, the festival has generously donated over $1.2 Million to various non-profit organizations and community projects. 🌍
