On Wednesday, July 1st, at 4:20 pm, we'll meet at TACA (inside), where Annalisa, founder of The AcuFlow, will guide us through Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep – a deeply restorative meditation practice that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support better sleep and emotional balance.
