If you want to learn more about the life cycle of fabrics and how The Green Thimble works to impact it, join us for a short, inspiring talk at Ecologyst (Located downtown Victoria) on July 16 at 5:30pm!Over the evening, you'll learn about what we do, the history of textile recycling in our business, and simple, practical ways you can reduce textile waste. We’ll share how our classes and services support sustainability through sewing, mending, and reusing textiles in creative ways.After the talk, we’ll host a Textile Recycling Drop-Off. Bring your unwanted fabrics and textiles to be responsibly recycled for $3 per pound.
