Reiki Healing Circle (donation-based)✨

Usui-Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing therapy, often also called "touch therapy", designed to minimise stress and promote relaxation. It works by transferring universal energy from a practitioner to a client to facilitate healing on an emotional, and spiritual basis.

"Reiki" is comprised of two Japanese words: Rei, meaning “Higher Power” and Ki: “Life force energy”. Combining the two words to form Reiki, you instill in your body “spiritually guided life force energy”.

This is for you, if: You want to regain/uphold a sense of body ownership, safety, and empowerment in a gentle, non-judgmental, safe and supportive space.

Duration: 30 minutes of Reiki (60 minutes in total, 09:30 - 10:30)

Attendee limit: 6 people! I keep the Reiki Circle small on purpose, to be able to really focus on everyone individually.

What we do in a Reiki Circle: During a Reiki Circle, I work with your energy points, also known as Chakras. Because Chakras, when stimulated correctly can nurture physical, mental, and emotional well being. Meditation music plays as I talk to you and explain what is being used and why.

Provided:
• Yoga mats,
• Tap water,
• Vegan snacks.

IMPORTANT: Please note, my (small) dog will wander around and sleep and rest somewhere near us during the session.🐾
