Rise + Shine Outdoor Yoga on the VCFA Green

Join us every Saturday morning this summer for an invigorating Vinyasa Fusion outdoor yoga class on the stunning VCFA Green, located at the top of College Street in Montpelier! 🌿

Enhance your mindfulness and breath awareness while bending, flowing, moving, and breathing in the fresh air. All levels are welcome! Don't forget to bring your own yoga mats and props, as they won't be provided. A small towel can be handy if the grass is damp.

Weather Note: If it is raining by 7:00 am (or later), the class will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
