We’re teaming up with BRAINEFFECT to bring you a special wellness edition of RUN-N-RAVE — designed to get you moving, slow you down, and leave you feeling good in both body and mind. 🧠💪
As usual, RUN-N-RAVE is not about breaking pbs, it’s about balance and connection. ⚖️
We’ll start with a social warm-up and ease into a guided group run 🏃‍♂️, followed by a functional workout.
Afterwards, we shift into recovery mode with curated wellness experiences: electrolyte+creatine slushies 🥤, snacks 🍎, ice baths 🧊, red light therapy 🔴, and space to hang, reset, and connect, all set to a live DJ bringing the energy 🎶
Expect a mix of movement, music, and community with plenty of opportunities to try BRAINEFFECT in a natural, social setting.
All levels welcome. Come solo or with friends. 🤝
