sacred feminine healing circle ♡
life is wild, and these times are wild.
life is beautiful, and these times are beautiful.
other words we could use…
...humbling
...awe-full
...“unprecedented”
...expansive
...“intense and thrilling” (; (from a Fia song a beloved friend of mine and I often jokingly use to describe our lives)
...and “a lot”, to say the least

move, ground, and alchemize our energy
co-create space for sharing + witnessing, releasing + receiving, healing + nourishing ourselves and our collective
practice courageous connection with ourselves, each other, and with the wisdom of the sacred feminine
explore sacred feminine themes and archetypes through journaling, conversations, and somatic practices

about me
Ruby K 康妮 (she/her) is a somatic healing guide and facilitator who is honored to hold space for fellow sensitive souls who are here for personal and collective healing. She draws upon 11+ years of devoted learning and embodied experience in the realms of coaching, somatic counseling, trauma resolution, and soulful leadership, as well as her own ever-deepening healing journey. Intimately familiar with the pain of feeling unsafe in this world, Ruby is passionate about creating spaces that allow each person to show up exactly as they are and receive unconditional belonging. She believes in the strength of vulnerability and the power of softness, and trusts that as we each commit to loving ourselves, we reclaim our wisdom and co-create a more beautiful world. Most of all, Ruby is a human being who feels deeply, loves abundantly, and is wholeheartedly devoted to being a channel of love and healing for our world.
testimonials from past circles
“Every time I attend one of Ruby’s circles, I walk away feeling rejuvenated, loved and healed. As if by magic, she’s able to build a uniquely beautiful container where everyone is deeply held, heard and empowered to show up as their most authentic selves. Ruby has been such a meaningful teacher, sister and friend to me — and so many others — and has helped shape the way I relate to the world. If your heart is craving deeper connection, I couldn’t recommend her guidance and healing circles more.” - Alison W.
“Ruby’s circles are profoundly special. She holds a beautiful space of deep thoughtfulness, genuine care, and an open heart. “Ruby creates and maintains a safe, sacred, welcoming, attentive, and loving container each and every circle. I appreciate her gentle flow which encourages all gathered to be present in a non-judgmental and unhurried energy. Being in circle with Ruby is like a gift that keeps on giving as I am able to reflect and apply (so actively become one with) the gems discovered long after circle has ended.” - Curline L.
“Ruby is an embodied circle keeper, somatic practitioner, and healer in all senses of the word. After years of witnessing the evolution of her practice, I can say that she offers the highest service to the collective. My work with Ruby has helped me embrace my healing journey, feel safe in my body, wake up to who I can be, and be bold about my gifts and my purpose.” - Melorie M.

Ruby is such a skilled facilitator, and she isn’t afraid to bring softness to the places within that are difficult or uncomfortable, and it has helped me do that in my everyday life. If you’re looking for a place to be as you are, connect deeply, and be met with love and wonderful people, I highly recommend working with her.” - Jacqueline Q.
