Join us for a unique sound bath experience with Sacred Sanctuaries and Escape Massage and Wellness Center!

✨ Claudell Leal, the CEO and Founder of Sacred Sanctuaries, is a certified Reiki-attuned sound therapist and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Her practices focus on trauma-informed Yin yoga, somatic healing, mindfulness, and sound therapy, all aimed at fostering relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system restoration.

🎵 Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs, Claudell designs intentional healing experiences that promote grounding, inner connection, and overall well-being. This journey blends sound, stillness, and compassionate guidance to cultivate harmony among body, mind, and spirit.
