Join Carla for a guided community class that will take you on a sacred somatic journey, designed to reconnect you with your divine sensual essence and stabilize your nervous system through movement and ritual.

What to Expect:

• Opening Grounding Meditation to awaken the Lilith–Magdalene–Sophia current, reclaiming your feminine power, wisdom, and embodied holiness.
• Gentle Hip-Opening Stretches to release stored emotions and shame from the sacral space.
• Guided Creative Movement and Dance using sacred drum and Latin rhythms to reawaken pleasure and flow in the body.
• Optional Reiki Energy Healing offered during the process for those open to receiving.
• Closing Ceremony and Meditation to re-center your nervous system and return to safety within your body.

This class is a space of reverence, release, and remembrance, where sensuality and spirituality unite as one sacred current of life.
