What to Expect:

Kickoff with a 2-hour working session: Dive right in with interactive discussions.
Open Lab Time: Work on your own projects, seize office hours with guest VCs and industry operators, and refine your ideas through real-time feedback.

Session Highlight:

Day 1 — The 0-1 Refactor:
This insightful session will fundamentally transform the founders' mindset, shifting from mere ideation to crafting testable hypotheses based on actual market demand. Attendees will fine-tune their unique value propositions and validate measurable behavioral shifts. 📈

The Lab: The remainder of the day is all about hands-on building! Bring your current challenges and leverage our office hours, live problem-solving, and 1:1 troubleshooting to apply the Refactor to your venture effectively.

System Integration: Experience the Founder Labs — a dynamic system woven through FounderOS, where regular build days, check-ins, and structured experiments create enduring value for venture partners.
