Join us in a welcoming and secure environment dedicated to sharing and understanding. In this relaxed space, we invite participants to discuss personal experiences of racism and broader issues of discrimination, empowerment, and belonging. Whether you wish to share your thoughts or simply listen, you are encouraged to engage with empathy and support.
The Circle promotes the belief that voicing our stories is crucial for fostering structural change. By breaking the silence, we can initiate important conversations that often go unheard in our communities.
This is not a workshop or a panel; instead, it is a collective space where everyone is an equal participant. We adhere to community guidelines that ensure the Circle remains safe and supportive for all.
Facilitated by Khushboo Jain, an activist and scholar known for her monthly sessions at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), participants have shared that the Circles provide moments of relief, connection, and a true sense of community.
