About Alison

Alison brings over 30 years of experience in HR and wellbeing, having transitioned to focus on creating harmonious living spaces. As a Yin Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and declutter coach, she is dedicated to helping others cultivate homes where energy flows freely and promotes a sense of calm. She resides in Limhamn, Malmö, in a thoughtfully designed home that reflects her philosophy on living well.

This intimate dinner centers around a thought-provoking question: 'Is your home supporting you, or stressing you?'
As we enjoy a delicious homemade meal (vegetarian options available), Alison will lead a conversation about the connection between design and personal energy. Guests will be encouraged to reflect on their living spaces, discussing which areas nurture them and which might be draining.

Alison will share valuable insights on transforming your home into a restful haven and offer practical tips for enhancing your environment to support your wellbeing, clarity, and calm.
