Skills Summit: Career Growth Conversations

This event is centred around the conversations that matter most — the ones that shape how you're seen, what opportunities come your way, and how confidently you navigate the moments that define your career.
Across the day, you'll take part in a mix of interpersonal and real-world learning, all designed to be practical and immediately useful back on placement.
That includes an interactive workshop on managing stakeholders and difficult conversations, a session on owning your narrative and speaking up in the right moments, and a fireside chat with leaders, alumni, and special guests sharing how honest, purposeful communication has shaped their careers.
We'll kick things off with breakfast and networking with plenty of opportunity to reconnect with your cohort, meet others across different placements, and build your network within La Fosse.
The day is designed to be flexible, you don't need to attend every session, and there will be space available if you need to step out and work during the day.
