aimee strauss is a trauma-informed somatic therapist, embodiment facilitator, and yoga teacher of 8 years who supports people in coming back into relationship with their bodies. her work restores a sense of safety within while gently repatterning old survival responses and protective adaptations held in the body that keep us stuck in chronic dysregulation, repetitive patterns, and disconnection from our truest self. the spaces aimee holds are intuitive and gentle, yet deeply transformative, woven with nervous system education and intended to expand your capacity for self-regulation. in both group experiences and 1:1 work, aimee supports others in living more authentically expressed and embodied lives through cultivating greater resilience, self trust, and the capacity to meet the inevitable waves with full presence and steadiness.
