Soundhealing in Hagaparken - Embracing sounds

Come and let yourself be embraced by healing sounds! You will be taken on a journey into the Theta state, in between your conscious and subconscious mind. This state is very relaxing and can also bring you important insights.

We meet by the beautiful Ekotemplet in hagaparken. And the spot of the day will be either in Ekotemplet or in the beautiful forest nearby depending on availability. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or whatever you need to lay down comfortably. I will provide eye-masks for your deep relaxation, but if you have a favorite mask at home, feel free to bring it.
