The next installment in the discussion series titled Society 4.0, this time focusing on trust in institutions and their dialogue with citizens in today’s rapidly changing world.
How can public institutions in the 21st century restore their legitimacy and re-establish meaningful dialogue with citizens? Can data and algorithms be used to strengthen democracy, or will they lead to its weakening? And what specific steps must we take as a state and as a society to build a resilient society in which innovation serves primarily the public interest and social cohesion?
