Stride for Empowerment 2026 — Walk, Run & Roll

🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️🦽 Join us for the 3rd Annual Stride for Empowerment! This is a community walk, run, and roll event hosted by the IDISCY Foundation to support individuals living with Muscular Dystrophy and related neuromuscular conditions. Whether you choose to walk the loop, run the 5K, or roll alongside us, every step helps fund scholarships and provides adaptive and medical equipment to our community.
