SUNDAY LONGRUN by RUN-N-RAVE

Hey Runners,

Have you been wanting to try some longer runs, but in a safe group with an easy pace and lots of options to turn back if you need? RUN-N-RAVE got YOU covered 🧡

Goal: An easy pace 12k run, but we also have shorter routes. There are always places to loop back earlier.

This run is for everyone who wants to get into longer distances at an easy, friendly pace, with the flexibility to turn back anytime.

📍 MEET AT: RUN-N-RAVE Lab at CIC, Lohmühlenstr 65, 12435 Berlin

🧡 WHAT: 7k + 12k easy pace long run, around 6:30 pace

⏰ WHEN: SUNDAY 9AM ALL SUMMER

📅 THE BREAKDOWN:

• 9:00 AM — Roll up, bag drop, water and snacks
• 9:15 AM — Warm up 🌲🏃‍♀️
• 9:20 AM — Roll out
• 10:15 AM — 7k runners get back
• 10:45 AM — 12k runners get back
• After — Snacks, drinks, and time to connect
