• Detailed lower body stretch sequences
• A focused shoulder mobilization series

Experience the application of table Thai techniques using your hands, thumbs, elbows, and feet while the client is fully clothed, in both supine and side-lying positions. Learn to recognize Thai Massage as a holistic healthcare approach rooted in Traditional Thai Medicine.

You will also engage in Thai Yoga self-care exercises and master a neck and shoulder treatment using Thai herbal balm. Tuition includes a comprehensive manual with photos and in-class use of the herbal balms.
