Tash & Tap - The Hobbit Prerelease Draft & Sealed (MTG)

Tolkien’s Hobbits got one thing fundamentally right: the highest form of living is a warm room, good company, a table full of games, and a kitchen that refuses to close. If you think about it, a Hobbit hole and a South Asian home are essentially the same ecosystem—unconditional hospitality, endless chai, and a relentless insistence that you haven't eaten enough yet.

This Thursday, Wanakam transforms into our very own East Amsterdam Shire, hosting Tash & Tap for a night of Magic: The Gathering Prerelease Draft & Sealed play.

Tash (cards) has always been the social glue of our living rooms, late nights, and family gatherings. Combining that raw, nostalgic tabletop energy with the rich lore of MTG and serious Shire-level hospitality feels completely natural. Whether you’re a seasoned strategist, a casual kitchen-table player, or dusting off your binder after years, there is a seat at the table for you.

We're taking the food situation very seriously! In true Bag End fashion, playing cards on an empty stomach is strictly forbidden.
