Chaat is India's ultimate street food culture. Think of it as a savory fika - simple, but an explosion of flavors. Unlike usual snacks, a great chaat is a masterclass in balance: hitting sweet, salty, tangy, fresh, crunchy, and savory all in one bite.

While Gothenburg-based, NeitherNor is best known for hosting intimate supper clubs; this workshop shifts into the kitchen. You will learn the exact framework behind making chaat from scratch and how to recreate these vibrant flavors at home using ingredients easily found in Sweden.

What to Expect:
An introduction to the core principles of Indian street food and how to layer textures and flavors.
A live making and guided tasting of the essential chutneys that form the backbone of chaat.
Step-by-step assembly of a classic chaat together, where you will also mix, match, and balance your own signature flavor combinations.
A fun, small challenge to test your creativity.
We end around the table with a proper, hearty dinner featuring classic South Indian flavors.
