​Through guided journaling, mind-mapping, and creative prompts, we explore themes like

love & compassion
the dancing self portrait
etc.

and bring them onto a shared canvas.

​What are obstacles? ​What exists within us?
​What exists around us (society)? ​How do we remove, break, or navigate them?

​Layer by layer, session by session, the artwork grows — shaped by everyone who joins.

​At the end of the journey, we gather as a community — and each participant receives a piece of the final artwork.
