This special program, Between Two Worlds, dives into the emotional musical exchange between two Czech legends, Antonín Dvořák and Bedřich Smetana. While Dvořák's beloved string quartet reflects his longing for his homeland during his American years, Smetana's compositions speak of his love for a country in transformation. Together, they create a powerful narrative about memory, belonging, and the pain of worlds that are both far and fading.
