When we launched The Ladies of London, we hoped to find our people. We never expected 350+ of you in just four short weeks. Hundreds of women in their 30s, each carrying their own story, their own ambitions, their own quiet determination to make this chapter count. So we're bringing this community together (properly, intentionally) for our official launch:
Press Pause: An evening to reset, realign, and reward yourself as the second half of the year begins.

RESET: An hour of yoga & meditation

WHY WE'RE DOING THIS
One thing we keep hearing from all of you: life feels fast. Relentlessly, beautifully, overwhelmingly fast. And somewhere between juggling everything and everyone, it's easy to lose sight of what you actually want.
We've all had those moments where we desperately wanted to wipe the slate clean: to start fresh tomorrow, next week, next New Year's. We wait for a defined moment to commit to a change. A line in the sand to say enough.
Press Pause is designed to be that moment. To draw the line in the sand, together.
