The Letchworth Club presents SUMMER-SLAM

Join us for an exciting day at our second Strongman competition this year! 🎉 On one of Letchworth's main streets, we'll be showcasing amazing athletes ready to put on a thrilling show for our community! Here's what to expect:

🏆 Events:
1️⃣ Overhead Medley (60s) - Compete with the Monster Dumbbell, Axle, and Log. Gain points based on the number of reps you complete!
2️⃣ Car Deadlift (60s) - How many successful reps can you manage? Wait for the 'Down' command to score!
3️⃣ Truck Pull (60s) - Harness up and pull that truck down a 15m course! A true test of strength! 🚚
4️⃣ Super Yoke (60s) - Carry the yoke as far as you can over 15m, with heavy weights for the ultimate challenge! 💥
5️⃣ Husafell Bag Carry (60s) - Lift and carry the Husafell bag to maximize distance travelled within the time limit!

📍 Location: Spirella Building, Bridge Rd, Letchworth. Limited parking is available.
