We’ll kick off the event with grounding breathwork followed by an hour of uplifting Classical Yoga led by Raj. After our practice, relax with a picnic by the lake and, for the adventurous, an optional swim!

This experience is crafted to nurture your nervous system, enhance mindful movement, and foster community spirit.

• 09:15 — Arrival & Welcome: Settle in, meet like-minded individuals, and find your spot.
• 09:30 — Breathwork & Meditation: Engage in a calming session to connect with your breath and find inner peace.
• 10:15 — Classical Yoga with Raj: Experience one hour of authentic yoga, including postures and mindful awareness.
• 11:15 — Picnic & Optional Swim: Enjoy a relaxed picnic with friends and a refreshing dip in the lake.
• 12:15 — Closing: A gentle wrap-up to conclude our morning together.

Raj is a Classical Yoga practitioner with a deep commitment to guiding individuals toward balance through traditional practices that foster long-term health and well-being. His approach weaves together the art of yoga with mindfulness, enabling students to cultivate clarity and fulfillment in their lives.

Remember to pack your own picnic food and drinks, a yoga mat or towel, swimwear for those wanting to take a dip, sunscreen, and anything else that ensures your comfort outdoors.
