Get ready to recharge after your race! 🎉 Join us at HOLD SPACE for an evening dedicated to recovery and connection hosted by Run and Chill and MASSAY. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate your body after pushing your limits during the Wings for Life event.
What to Expect:
- Arrival & Reflection (16:15–16:30): Settle in, reflect on your race, and share your thoughts with fellow participants.
- Sauna & Recovery (16:30–17:30): Experience two rotating groups - one enjoying the sauna while the other explores recovery tools from Dryll and Therabody. Then, we’ll switch! 🧖♂️
- Deep Breathwork (17:30–18:00): Participate in a guided session led by MASSAY to help calm your nervous system. 🌬️
- Group Sharing (18:00–18:20): Join in for heartfelt conversations, laughter, and genuine reflections about the race.
- Time for Recovery & Connection (18:20–19:00): Continue discovering recovery options at your own pace while connecting with others in the community.
