The Ukrainian Gromada of Wellington warmly invites you and your family to join us in celebrating Ukraine’s Independence Day with our community! 🌻✨

📍 Venue: Polish House, 257 Riddiford Street, Newtown, Wellington 6021

Join us for a special afternoon filled with joy as we honor Ukraine’s independence, culture, and community strength. 💙💛✨

Programme includes:
🖼️ The photo exhibition “Light in the Darkness of War” by Senior Lieutenant Oksana Chorna
🎬 The Wellington premiere of the acclaimed film “Soldier” by director Danyl Dedkov
🎶 A wonderful concert celebrating Ukrainian culture
🤝 Time to connect with friends, family, and our community
👕 Please consider wearing traditional Ukrainian embroidered clothing (vyshyvanka) or other Ukrainian attire to enhance the celebration.
🍰 We kindly ask you to bring a plate of your favorite treats and some drinks to share at our community table.
🎟️ Entry is free, though donations are warmly welcomed to help cover venue hire.
