Usui-Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing practice, often referred to as "touch therapy". This transformative method aims to reduce stress and foster relaxation by channeling universal energy from the practitioner to the participant, promoting emotional and spiritual healing.

The term "Reiki" combines two Japanese words: Rei, meaning “Higher Power,” and Ki, which refers to “Life force energy.” When unified, Reiki represents the concept of “spiritually guided life force energy” within the body.

What to Expect:

• Session Duration: Enjoy 45 minutes of Reiki healing within a total of 60 minutes (15:30 - 16:30).
• Limit: A cozy gathering with only 5 participants, ensuring focused attention on everyone.

During the Reiki Circle, we will work on your energy points known as Chakras. Proper stimulation of these Chakras nurtures physical, mental, and emotional well-being, complemented by soothing meditation music and informative discussions about the practices involved.
