Vietnam Moving Wall Concert

Join us for a poignant evening as the North Shore Concert Band, under the direction of David Benjamin, presents a Viet Nam 50th Anniversary Tribute Concert at the Viet Nam Memorial Moving Wall exhibit! This special event will take place at Beverly High School Field, located at 100 Sohier Rd #2, Beverly, Massachusetts. In case of rain, we'll move indoors to the Beverly High School Field House.

This tribute is sponsored by the Beverly Viet Nam Veterans Association and marks the second performance of this heartfelt program. The concert includes the stirring piece “Mekong”, a battle reenactment featuring military sound effects, alongside popular music from the 1960s and 70s and various service themes.

The North Shore Concert Band consists of talented active members from the Boston Musicians Association Local 9-535, dedicated to offering free concerts at Salem Willows, funded through grants, sponsorships, and donations.
